*A three night minimum is required for Memorial Day and Labor Day and a two night minimum stay at all other times.

*A 25 % deposit fee required with reservations and all cancellations require a two week notice.

*One pet is allowed with a $50.00 fee. Any damage done by a pet will be charged to the owner.

**There is no phone, no smoking inside the facility, and no hunting on the property.
